Who we are

Millennium is a global, diversified alternative investment firm with technology at the heart of everything we do. The company, with over $95 billion in assets under management as of September 30, 2026, has over 370 investment teams around the world. Since establishing a presence in Israel in 2019, Millennium continues to grow and now has over 60 employees based in Tel Aviv, primarily representing our technology teams as well as an annual summer internship program. We bring together AI/ML engineers, quantitative modelers, software engineers and data scientists to deliver a highly sophisticated technology platform that empowers investment teams and enables scale across global markets. Of the firm’s 7,100+ global employees, over 1,800 are technologists. Millennium’s technologists are encouraged to integrate AI into their daily workflows with access to leading commercial capabilities and proprietary tools. Rather than relying on a single AI product or operating model, teams can explore and adapt different approaches to address specific technical challenges, combining advanced AI capabilities with their engineering expertise to drive innovation that shape product decisions and contribute to the pursuit of positive outcomes.
