Tsaela Pinto-Harel is a technology leader, GenAI transformation lead, and the founder of The Talent Leak Lab - turning research on why women leak out of high-tech leadership into tools organizations can actually use. Over the past two decades she has worked across the tech industry, from software development to senior R&D management. She is currently completing a PhD in Business Administration on women's representation in senior management roles in high tech, bridging technology, research, and the ability to turn invisible organizational dynamics into language people can work with.
