CTO at Idea to Product
Shikma is the co-founder and CTO of Idea to Product, a structured path from raw idea to launch that guides founders to challenge assumptions, gather real evidence, and decide whether - and what - to build before investing months in it. She brings more than 20 years of experience in various roles, from backend developer to development manager, most of it at early-stage startups, more than once as one of the first employees, building data and infrastructure systems across space, ad-tech, sports tech and healthcare. She loves building things from scratch, diving into problems and creating solutions. Over the years, she realized her energy, time and attention were being wasted. She decided to create simple and practical solutions to create a culture which encourages deep work. Her passion for food is at least as strong as her passion for data - in 2023 she graduated as a professional chef.
