Senior Director of Engineering at Lemonade
Daniel is a Senior Director of Engineering at Lemonade, leading the engineering groups across all of Lemonade's insurance product lines. He co-founded and leads a community of over 1,500 engineering managers in Israel ("Engineering Managers IL"), facilitating knowledge sharing through virtual discussions and physical monthly meetups. Daniel is also the creator of TrialFinder (trialfinder.care), a free, non-profit platform that helps patients and families find clinical trials. He is passionate about leading strong dev teams that build excellent products through technical coaching, growth mentorship, and an emphasis on execution and delivery. In his spare time, he blogs about tech, management, and process, and engages in public speaking on these topics.
