Amit Zur measures his work by business impact. As an engineer turned manager turned co-founder, he learned that the hardest problems in shipping software are rarely technical: aligning stakeholders, translating vision into systems that actually ship, and questioning processes that have outlived their reasons. Today he works with tech organizations and founders as a consultant, helping them find their highest-impact move and clear what's in the way. Weirdly enough, he still writes code, and enjoys it as much as ever. Previously a Mozilla TechSpeaker, he has spent years speaking, organizing and volunteering in Israel's developer communities.
